I doubt it . I would make it fit mechanically first, drill a hole or something, then glue it with a good epoxy.

Crazy glue
It is best done with the button removed from the mirror. Clean the glass and the button thoroughly with rubbing alcohol before applying the glue and be sure the button is right side up and exactly where you want it before you attach it to the glass. Allow the glue and button to dry several hours before reattaching the mirror.
Remove the mirror and use a heat gun to remove the button. Caution: There is always the possibility that the windshield will crack.
Unspring the button then glue it to windshield with 'Loctite' Auto Mirror Adhesive,
Elmer's now makes Elmer's China and Glass Glue.
get the strongest glue in you town and then glue it back together
The mirror bracket is generally held onto the 'button' with a very small Allen screw. Look for this and loosen it. -Get Loctite Auto Mirror Adhesive at any auto parts store to re-stick the button.
