Patients who smoke may be asked to stop the day before the test. This helps decrease the chance of nausea or headaches after the myelogram

No. Your muscles need time to heal and repair after strength training, usually at least 48 hours. You should not be working the same muscles on back to back days, much less the same day.

Get up at around 7:30 or 8 am, get ready and get to work, sign in on a sheet of paper, chit chat with the rest of the staff until the store opens, then usually either spend the whole work day at the till serving the customers or spend the whole work day out in the back of the store, hanging up new clothes, pricing and tagging and/or steaming. Sometimes I do stuff out the back and cash register work in the same day, but lately it's just been one or the other.
