Yes you can , you need to get in bed and relax then call over your partner click the bed and then click try for a baby your pregnent you will have backaches and fell nausiated you can also tell people your pregnant and let them fell your tummy but you can have a home birth or see your sim while she's giving birth it will also tell you to give it a name BEFORE you get to known the gender that happened to me twice your baby is not a baby when you first get it when it comes home it's already in the first grade your most likely to have a girl so be prepared.
