1) they would eat you because of there diet
2) if you did get a pet leopard seal and they liked you, you would need the right climate
3) it my be elegal in some places

∙ 12y agoNo. They are wild animals and it is against the law to keep a Sea Otter as a pet. It would also be cruel because only large parks with sea mammal aquariums can maintain their life style requirements. But they sure are cute.
