There are no known interactions between these medications. Remember that the Sudafed will make you lightheaded and jittery. Follow the directions on the package and don't take extra. You can also try using saline nose spray along with Sudafed for runny or stuffy nose. Saline does not interfere with any medication and it helps moisturize your sinus cavities.
