Absolutely not. Very few birds are actually legal to own. And possession of a blue heron or any of its parts i.e. bones or feathers, is very illegal. It doesn't matter how you found it, or even if you wanted to take it to a vet if the bird was injured. You are not allowed to posses it in ANY way. It carries a heavy fine and possible jail time. Look up the laws for your country/state/city. "I didn't know", is never an excuse.

Tigers can and do eat birds, I'm sure, since they are carnivores and birds are meaty. However, it's unlikely that a tiger and a blue heron would encounter each other in the wild. Tigers are only found in Asia, and blue herons are only found in the Americas.
