If you are talking about an outdoor storage building then ABSOLUELY NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guinea pigs need to be in cages indoors. If you can absolutely not keep your pig indoors, get a pen but keep it in the shade. If you have room in your house, try your best to keep the piggie indoors.
