You can either kill jogres and loot them, or just buy them from players or the grand exchange.
Either with your bare hands or with an impling jar. If you catch it with your bare hands you immediately get the loot; if you catch it with an impling jar, you can sell it on the Grand Exchange (and someone else gets the loot).
You mean the one in Taverly, if so it contains Uncut Dragonstone (100% of the time ) and some random loot. ( best random loot is 2 rune bars - 10% of the time )
At that level, you might kill cows and chickens.
If someones in your clan and you all want to kill a monster but you don't just want one person to get all of the stuff then you would put loot share on and you would all get see the same stuff that the thing creature dropped.
Lootshare is when if you are in the clan with Lootshare activated, whenever someone kills something, the rest of the clan also get a share of the Loot.
