yes, you can make almost any vehicle with an automatic transmission manual, but it is usually not worth the expense, you have to get your hands on the manual transmission then you have to modify the floor for the shifter and put in a clutch & linkage all in all not usually worth it
700r4 automatic
It will be a 4L60E if it's an automatic.
4L60-E or 4L80-E.
It has the 4L60E transmission in it.
It came factory with a 4L60E transmission and that is what it MUST have put back in it.

Synchromesh Manual Transmission Fluid
That would be the 4L60E transmission. The 4L80E trans. was used in the 3/4 ton trucks.
The automatic transmission was the 4L-60e for under 8500lbs GVWR and the 4l-80e for over 8500lbs. As for manual transmissions it would be the HM290 5spd for under 8500lbs GVWR and the NewProcess 4500 for over 8500lbs.
It should be on the rear tailhousing of the transmission.
