No, you can't call on a PS Vita.
Call of duty : declassified is on the PS vita.
The PS Vita has a Skype application which can make calls to normal phones. You first have to download the Skype application, connect to the internet, and purchase Skype credit, then you can make calls to any phone in the world as long as you have an internet or 3G connection.
Yes, PS Vita has Bluetooth, WiFi and 3G. Using "NEAR" you can connect to other PS Vita(s) using 3G other than WiFi. See the related link.
You might build a PS Vita PS3 system, but you can not make a PS Vita. You are not even going to be able to purchase the parts to make a PS Vita. You will find that it is much cheaper to purchase the Playstation Vita than to try building one.
No because Call of Duty Black Ops does not have a PSP or PS vita game version. You will not be able to play any PS3 games on the PS Vita
No, its worse because activision gave it to a random group(the ones that made the PS Vita Resistance game) to make the game instead of infinity ward or Treyarch. basically PS Vita black ops declassified is the same as Resistance: Burning Skies except different map and guns. It's pretty bad.Wrong it is because the PS Vita is not a console and can never deliver the performance of a console. No developer could make the Vita perform like a console it does not have the power and runs on batteries.I think that the graphics of Call of Duty for the PS Vita were worse than they could have been. They could have been much much better. Not enough effort went into it. It's one of the worst looking games for the PS Vita.
the ps vita vault case
