You can migrate Pokemon from your gba game to diamond by putting the game in slot 2 in your Nintendo DS or DS Lite. Then just load the game like normally then you should see where it says new game, migrate from emerald or whatever gba game you have in the slot. THE NEW DS I WILL NOT LET YOU PUT A GBA GAME INTO THE SLOT 2

∙ 14y agoYes you can migrate your Pokémon from the Pokémon GBA (Gameboy Advanced) games of Pokémon Ruby, Poké Sapphire, Pokémon FireRed, Pokémon LeafGreen and Pokémon Emerald into the DS game of Pokémon HeartGold however you won't be able to migrate until you reach Fuchsia City in the Kanto region in Pokémon HeartGold.
