yes you can mix them, but you will not experence nearly the high you would from just the oxycodone alone, the methadone partially blocks the euphoric effect of the oxycodone... speaking from experence save the methadone, and take the oxy.

∙ 14y agoYou never mix narcotics and take them together. These are the most dangerous medications you will ever see unless you take illegal street drugs. You could very easily overdose and die from mixing narcotic pain medicines! You may take one or the other. I also recommend talking to your doctor if you are still having pain.

You can take these medications together. I have prescribed the two together, but if the daily oxycodone dose in the oxycontin is more than 30mg, I would only give 0.5mg of Klonopin twice daily. I must also say that tolerance is a factor here. However they can be taken together, with caution. Please ask a doctor or pharmacist first because every person is different.
