You can, of course, but you really shouldn't. The resulting fumes can cause terminal damage to your throat and lungs, and the reaction is strong enough to strip layers of metal off of coins and bathroom fixtures.
Bleach will help with the smell. Rust removal products such as CLR can remove the stains. But, never mix the two.

You can actually buy Lysol pre-mixed with bleach. It is never a good idea to mix two chemicals together, however in this case there are no negative side effects. Just make sure you are mixing it with only bleach. Not another cleaner containing bleach, as this could cause a problem.

The primary ingredient in "Tiolet bowel cleaner," is BLEACH. However, never mix Ammonia with the chemical BLEACH! You can die from the deadly fumes called Ammonia-Chloride. I believe it is one of the gases used in putting to death criminals in the gas chamber (at one time or another).

You can, but an oil based cleaner would be better. I use WD40.
