Well I've actually managed to have a clean test after 2 weeks without anything other than drinking water and eliminating sodas, fatty foods etc. I am an active person with a high metabolism, so getting it out of my system was simple.
Now if your overweight, eat poorly (sugars and saturated fats, fried foods etc.) or if you're generally inactive, it will often take longer 3-4 weeks, maybe 6 weeks under extreme conditions. Also if you only smoke once or twice a week and its a small amount (a couple "tokes") you can actually have it out in a matter of days.
Drinking a lot of water is the best way (also certain teas) to clean out your system naturally. Energy drinks make you pee a lot, so they may seem like a good choice, but they contain sugar which can actually store the thc.
The best thing is to eliminate fats and oils and, drink A LOT of fluids and stay active!

∙ 13y agoYes, mouth swabs only go back on average 18-24 hrs for most drugs. I've heard of people passing one the same day they consumed THC, it all depends on how much you've taken.
Do not mistake that time frame for a urine test, however. THC stores in your fat, and different factors will determine the time to pass a urine test. Someone who rarely smokes and has the metabolism of an athlete could pass a urine test within days, while an overweight person who smokes all day everyday could fail a test 45 days later. Methamphetamine, like the other TERRIBLE drugs, is out of your system QUICK, within 2-4 days, for heavy abusers 7 days.

You should be clean. THC stays in the system about 30 days average - and it only goes down with ppl who have less body fat.
