To facilitate excretion of Adderall (XR or instant release/generic), as it is an alkaline (aka basic substance)....drink vinegar. That's a tight window to work with... Adderall is present in your urine for 2-4 days after consumption. Vitamin C, such as Emergen-C which has a large quantity of C, and other acidic nutrients can make this time 3x shorter! I doubt this will work in 24 hours though; I would go out and buy some Sure Gel and take 2hr's before your test, take a pee, then drink 20oz Bottle of Water to sit in your liver and take Vitamin B(Especially B2) to turn your urine yellow.
