Yes it will run, but there are lilkely to be issues; several forums on the web report that you can install it fine, all works ok except that no matter what you do, when you go to create a flight from the game menu, choose your geographical starting point and whichever aircraft, it will give you either a default flight you haven't opted to fly on this occaision, or one of your previously saved flights. You can then change aircraft /location mid flight. .... I am also having some minor issues with textures, sounds and particualry with regard to reheat on jet aircraft...

According to Microsoft it should work if your computer is 64 bit.
No. Microsoft Train Simulator, and RailWorks are exclusive to the Windows operating system.
Technically yes. However, FSX (or Flight Simulator 10 as its actually called ) is a later platform. This means requirements of 2002 are embedded in to FSX so that many of the textures work. You cannot run fsx objects in 2002.
In theory - it should work without any problems. However - it's possible you may need to run it in 'compatibility mode' for the graphics to work properly.
Most times yep, though it does crash sometimes.
