Can small frogs and small green anoles live together in the same habitat?

yes, so I hear, it is ok to put other creatures in your anole habitat, just as long as they are similar in size and you have enough space for them all.

If you are referring Dumpy Tree Frogs...from my experience...no. I put one in and thought I lost the anole so I replaced it and then that one disappeared. It was not until the third anole that I caught my frog digusting the anole. It appears they do "like" anoles just not as a friend but an expensive food treat

You did not mention what type of frog. IF it is a toad, green tree frog, spring peeper, etc... anything small really. If it is a gray tree frog then no.
