IN ur actual vagina, no i dont think so because of the alcohol content. AROUND ur vagina, like on the lips and around ur anus i recomend it. I use it all the time. U dont even know how dirty it can get down there just over night (i shower at night and most mornings). I normally use it after my shower or when i feel dirty but dont have time to shower. I pretty much wash down there the same way i wash my face, with the same wash and moisturizer. My face wash is all natural though and my face lotion is really light. Be careful not to get it on ur clit or anything, i dont know if thats bad or not. Good luck :)
