From what I can tell, yes you can. If discharged from the Army due to weight you can reinlist if you lose enough weight to back down to the standard. Some people have even gotten waivers, But these waivers are hard to come by. If you are overwight but its due to muscle not fat, Than there will not be a problem getting waivers.

But as you may know, very situation is different. You might want to talk to a recruiter or someone that knows about reinlistment to help you find out this answer on your specific case.
