Yes you Can, the best way to do it is in the oven lay them on a sheet pan with a wire rack with room in a pre-heated oven at 350 F for about 15-30 minutes uncovered, don't use the microwave they will get icky and soggy. you can add some white wine vermouth on the bottom the pan to give some steam so they don't get too dried out.
