You can take it up to six times but most recuiters won't work with you after the first three times. First fail, you have to wait 30 days. Second fail, you have to wait another 30 days. Third fail, you have to wait six months.

∙ 13y agoYes, you can repeat an ASVAB test. You need to consult with your local recruiter, as the minimum scores needed vary depending on which service you are entering and what you wish to do once in.
There are ASVAB study guides that may help, but ask your recruiter what he recommends, don't rely on net advice. Remember, the recruiter wants you to succeed, those selling guides on line simply wish to make money.

∙ 11y agoYes. Your ASVAB score is good for 2 years, after that you must retake it to join the military.
You must wait 1 month to take the asvab the second time, 1 month after the second time, then 6 months after the second time.
