I think so. Look up Oregon wine shipping laws. I think as of Jan, 2008, any winery with an OLCC permit from Oregon (costs about $50/year) can ship wines to Oregon as long as the recipient signs for it and they must sign that they are at least 21 years old.

You can legally ship alcohol to most states outside of California, but you need to go through a business that is licensed to ship wine. I would check the phone book. There are a lot of regulations that vary from state to state. For example, I happen to know that it's illegal to ship alcohol to Massachusetts, period.

That being said...

You can probably get away with illegally shipping it. It's a free country.

People will tell you to claim it's olive oil. That's pretty much understood by all shippers to be codespeak for wine.

If you want to go the illegal route, generate your own shipping labels and avoid talking to anyone about what you're shipping. And go with USPS, as I've heard they need to go through a lot of red tape before inspecting packages. Fedex, on the other hand states clearly on their airbills that they have the right to inspect any package. And I happen to know that they will check.
