Most of the time yes. They are considered weapons. In a few states though, they are considered toys, and then it might be okay. Always check with your local weapon enforcement agency or police department first.
Just to be on the safe side. I would check with the local parks department and find out their rules on this subject.
No. Certainly think not.
No. You can't shoot airsoft in public places.
Your local police can assist you. By California law it is illegal to have any airsoft guns other than ones that are clear or neon colored out in public. Over in Pleasanton it is illegal to shoot an airsoft gun (or any type of gun that shoots any type of projectile for that matter). In Dublin, minors are not allowed to posses or discharge airsoft guns unless given permission from their parents, but no one is allowed to have or shoot an airsoft gun in a public park. Otherwise ownership should be legal (consult your local law enforcement for a correct and current answer, I cannot be held responsible if anyone breaks the law because of this answer)
No. Firstly you should not be shooting bb guns at each other. Second, you can not play any sort of wargames (paintball, airsoft) in public areas.
If you are willing to drive a little ways there is a Sir Plus store that sells Airsoft guns in Garland, Texas called 'The Army Store'. There is also an Airsoft store at Fun on the Run Airsoft Park.
NO According to Federal law airsoft guns are catagorized as toys with the only thing being that they carry a quarter-inch orange blaze at the end of the barrel so law enforcement can tell the difference. The blaze orange tip can be legally removed once the airsoft gun is purchased. For resale, or transport however the blaze orange tip must be present. So, returning the original question, airsoft guns are legal in Brooklyn Park.
Only if you are on your land away from the public. If you rent or have people living within 100 yards of you residents you have to go to a shooting range. But the law changes County to County so check your local laws before you do.
People who have a license to carry a firearm are allowed to bring one into the park. However, firing or discharging anything from the gun is illegal.
There are no specific laws for paintballing anywhere but you must use them in the privacy of your backyard. Anywhere else without specific permission of the owner of the property you will get fined or go to jail. What about a city park or a wooded park like a mini forest in the middle of a city? because me and my team were going to practice wood ball in a near by wooded park.
Yes, it illegal to smoke weed/marijuana in a public park.
NO! you can not I looked up that it is a public affence. You can Carrie it in a suitcase but if you point it or let some see it purposely it is a public affence.
yessss..... why wouldn't they be. Just to be on the safe side though make sure you have your orange tip on your airsoft gun if you cross state lines. That's not correct. Some cities do have laws against any firearm being discharged within city limits, including BB guns and airsoft guns. Overland Park and Leawood KS are two cities with such ordinances. Check with the police department in your area.
The guns in Battery Park were never fired.
