I was asking the same question a couple days ago when I had a bad cold and lung infection. I'd been sick for about a week and it hadn't been improving so I convinced myself it wouldn't hurt to try. Sure enough just after finishing my first joint in a week I felt much better, and I smoked another one. The next morning I woke up without a trace of of any sickness and a greater respect for marijuana!

∙ 13y agoyes you can. I've been congested for over a week now, but still smoke. I'm sure it doesn't help relieve the congestion, but it hasn't made it worse, or killed me.
