The Harry Potter Series is one of them. If you like mystery and murder type books, then some of Lawrence Block's books are real good. some are Hit Man, Hit List, Hit Parade, Hope to Die, The Burglar on the Prowl, Time to Murder and Create. Those are just some of his books. Hope I helped.

∙ 14y agoYes there is a book very similar to Twilight. It is called the Vampire Diaries by L.J Smith. I believe Stephenie Meyer was sued by L.J Smith for plagiarism. Stephenie Meyer must have won because her books are still on the shelfs of many many bookstores.

Every book is better than Twilight. Stephenie Meyer is a hack and everything she writes is garbage. She makes Dean Koontz look like Shakespeare, and she makes Everybody Poops look like a literary masterpiece.
And plenty of terrible writers are millionares (Dean Koontz, for example, or Anne Rice, or Dan Brown). The fact that a writer is rich doesn't mean their books are good.
As to your actual question: if you are looking for quality fantasy literature, then try the Harry Potter or the Lord of the Rings series.
