According to www.drugs.com, there are no known interactions between Accutane and Xanax. But you should talk to your pharmacist to be positive; just because there are no interactions known doesn't mean there aren't any.

∙ 14y agoThis is not a good combination. The Adipex makes you jittery and nervous, and the clonazepam makes you sedated. Instead of taking one pill to speed you up and then taking something to slow you down, why not just --- take nothing! You would end up with the same feelings and not run the risk of getting addicted to them. Both Adipex and clonazepam are habit forming, so you need to be very careful to follow directions.
