Yes you can, i am a college student. and i take concerta 38, i realized i didnt have school today and i didnt feel like being productive so i took a xanax to drain my stress away. Then later i had things to do and i took another 2mg xanax. It like cancels each other out. But don't over do it, bad for your heart. Even Fatal
