It is generally advised that citalopram and ultram are not taken together due to a potential risk for serotonin syndrome. I am not aware of any interactions with other pain relievers and citalopram.

∙ 10y agoThe only pain killers that are NOT recommended for use with Ciprofloxacin, are the NSAID anti inflamatories. These include ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), ASA (Aspirin), and naproxen (Alieve, prescription Naproxen). Ask a pharmacist for recommendations.
