yes
Can i take loratadine with coricidin
Yes Mucinex can cause diarreah.....i have readit on here documented by several sources......i had the bad experience of Mucinex with Zpac.......it gave me horrible diarreah.....water.....many times in the day. don't combine these two products. and Mucinex alone can cause D. the main ingredient of Mucinex is also in many expectorant cough and cold medications. i had taken 2 does of that that same day before starting the Mucinex. Never Again! Don't even try it. not a good thing.
No. Mucinex has decongestive properties just as sudafed does but its not the same medication. Mucinex is the brand of guaifenesin.
Dont know but need to know im in the same situation as you man want to take mucinex but doesnt put me to sleep and its hard to go to sleep while having a cold
There are some who say it is not safe and others who say it is. The best thing to do is to ask your doctors. Here are the responses: No. Mucinex DM is not safe to take while pregnant. The plain Mucinex without the decongestant (DM) is safe to take. No. Mucinex DM is not safe to take while pregnant. The plain Mucinex without the decongestant (DM) is safe to take. The "DM" portion of the medication is not a decongestant. It stands for Dextromethorphan which is a cough suppressant...and which (in the form of Robitussin DM) is considered safe by many OB doctors. Mucinex DM is safe during pregnancy. Had the same issue today actually. 12 weeks pregnant and unsure of what to take. Went to CVS without my cell so I couldn't call my OB. I asked the pharmacist and he said mucinex DM would be best. He recommended not taking anything with sudafed or phenylephrine in it, which rules out any type of Tylenol cold medicine. Mucinex DM is not a decongestant, its a cough suppressant. Mucinex D is the decongestant. If you're congested and coughing, take the Mucinex DM for the cough and a saline nasal spray for the congestion. Pharmacist recommended method.
If you cough up phlegm, it means you could have a cold. If you have flatulence at the same time, it just means you have gas. They may not be related.
yes
I was wondering the same thing so I called CVS Pharmacy, and per the CVS Pharmacist there are no interactions with regular Mucinex. You can take them at the same time. I did not ask about Mucinex D, since I do not take that anyhow. How this helps any other hypochondriac in the furture. Lol. Take care.
Yes, there are no ingredients that will interfere with each other if you give your child Penicillin and Tixylix cough syrup at the same time. These 2 medications are known to work well together when a child has a cold with a fever and cough.
It's probably just the muscles tighten when you cough. Same thing happens when you aren't pregnant but then you don't have a baby in there taken up space. Go to the doctor and ask what cough medicine you can use.
My husband and I do use these products together, but I would suggest you check with your local pharmacist , depending on the use of other prescribed meds you may take or conditions you may have. Feel better...
I just did so i hope so.
Yes, you should be able to take the mucinex with claritin, as none of the chemicals in each work on the same receptors in your brain, meaning you won't overload any.
