While you are able to take hydrocodone and Zoloft at the same time, it is highly recommended that you do not do so unless advised by a medical professional. The combination of the active sertraline in Zoloft and the hydrocodone can increase the risk of seratonin syndrome.

Whenever wondering about the side effects or dangers of prescription drugs, always consult a medical professional for the best advice.

Yes you can, however the Zoloft will decrease the efficiancy of the hydrocodone. It also does this with codeine. I know from personal experience and from talking to other people. So it is completely safe, however the vicodin may not relieve any of your pain. Certain SSRIs actually increase the effects of some opiates however (such as oxycodone).
