yes you should be fine since antidepressants do not contain acetaminophen...however only take the recommended dosage because its easy to overdose on acetaminophen, and its a painful death to be honest. Check the little book in your medication and check to make sure there is none in your medicine
The two medication can be taken together but there is a moderate interaction in which the anti-depressant will cause the Tylenol 3 to not work as well as it should. The interaction is not life threatening or anything. It will just cause the Tylenol 3 to not do its job in relieving pain.
