Both of these medicines can be taken together since they are a different medicine BUT....the Tylonol is more of a concern. You do not want to exceed 1000 mg in a 6 hour period. Tylonol 3 and 4 have 300 mg of Tylonol while percocet has 350 Total amount of tylonol conumption would only be 650 mg the same as an extra stength tylonol. So if you take one Tylonol 3 or 4 and one Percocet this would be all right. I would check with a doctor before taking this much medicine unless you are use to it.

There are people who are on Oxycontin, which contains oxycodone (the same as Percocet) who take tylonol 3 or 4 as a break through pain. These people also will take these medicines together if authorized by their doctor to do so.

You can,but since there is Tylenol already in Percocet, I would take ibuprofen or aspirin instead. Tylenol is very toxic on your liver. Be sure you are not allergic to Aspirin or Ibuprofen before you take it though.

It is not recommended to take percocet and tylenol3 because both contain acetaminophen and an opioid product. This may lead to an overdose of either compound.

You shouldn't. Percocet contains oxycodone and acetaminophen. Tylenol PM also contains acetaminophen. You do not want to overdose on the acetaminophen.
