That is pretty much my concoction minus Klonopin. I've found no interactions between the Lexapro and Vyvanse. Gabapentin, however, seems to lessen the benefits of Vyvanse, shortening its duration. The Klonopin, interestingly, has very little interaction with the Vyvanse but it helps with the crash.
My experience alone.

∙ 11y agoThe long answer is; as with any other medication, you should ask your doctor before mixing prescriptions, because everyone's body is different. For me, I take 90mg of vyvanse (I checked with my doc because that's a high dose) and then later in the day take 1800mg of gabapentin, and the only side effects I get is an upset stomach. Vyvanse does that to me by itself, so it's not a complete study, as I don't take the gabs everyday. For the short answer; that's a green light to go ahead.
