Yes, you can take antidepressants with Suboxone. I am currently taking Suboxone with Cymbalta to treat my fibromyalgia, and Deseryl for sleep. My physician has recently taken me off Deseryl for sleeping and switched me to Remeron instead to improve my sleep, appetite, and treat a gastrointestinal disorder. So you can see here, how antidepressants can be combined with other antidepressants to help treat different disorders while taking Suboxone for example, to treat my chronic pain with my Cervical Disk Disease. You should check with your doctor, however, to make sure he prescribes an antidepressant that is compatible with Suboxone.

Yes, this is a safe combination. I am on 8mg of Suboxone 2x a day and 50mg Zoloft once a day and have experienced no negative interactions or side effects. It is actually quite a good combination! Especially for someone like me who is an addict but also suffers from depression/anxiety bouts.

Yes you can take both. I was taking 20mg of lexapro for about 5 months before I strated suboxone. I had no effects from taking them both. I just stopped taking my lexapro a few days ago because I felt like it wasn't helping me. I'm taking wellbutrin 150mg and my suboxone daily. So far its fine. I do know that it can be difficult to get off suboxone too. I stopped lexapro because I didn't want to be on so many different drugs. Hope this helps you!

ask your doc first, but i take 10mg zyprexa at nite to sleep while on a 16mg a day suboxone treatment
