Would you really want to put yourself though that? If your expected period is here, even if you were pregnant, it would be called a chemical pregnancy. You would have had a very early miscarriage because of problems with the fetus.

Personally, I wouldn't want to know.

Depends how far along you are. If it is still early on your levels dropping may cause a lighter test. but if you are say more than 6 weeks, you will likely start bleeding and cramping, even though your tests look the same since your levels were so high to begin with.
