There is not any medicine prescribed for lactic acid build up. You can take motrin/ibuprofin/advil or whatever you prefer and the pain should die down. If you are a runner make sure to do a cool down run after a big workout. to cool down; JOG about a mile and the lactic acid will settle and you will not get sore.
i take in air and bring out carbodioxide
It is possible to take cold showers during the winter, though it may be uncomfortable.
It is technically safe, however there is pain releiving medication in Tylenol Cold already. If the pain relief from Tylenol Cold is insufficient you could take ibuprofen with it.
You don't. Its illegal. Take Sudafed for your cold and make some chicken soup.
yes
You get pregnant.
Can you mix alkaseltzer & tylenol?
Sudafed PE is phenylephrine, a very old, very safe decongestant. Advil PM is ibuprofen and dyphenhydramine (Benadryl). They are safe to take together. Advil is a pain reliever and fever reducer, of course, and the dyphenhydramine is actually an antihistamine, which tends to make you very sleepy, too (hence the "PM" - "nighttime" label).
can you take coversyl and cold medication are there any contraindications
Yes you can. Don't worry about it.
Yes you can. In fact, pseudoephedrine HCL (the active incgredient in Sudafed) is combined with ibuprofen in many cold and sinus pills, such as AdvilAdvil® Cold & Sinus [OTC]; Dristan® Sinus [OTC]; and Motrin® Cold and Sinus [OTC].
