No do not take them together
ANSWER:
The above answer is not correct. YES you may take Aspirin and Cephalexin together. This, and many other relative questions can be answered safely and reliably by calling your local pharmacy, and requesting to speak with the pharmacist on staff. I have verified this information on your behalf, with three pharmacists.
If you are taking Keflex (Cephalexin) for an infection in your GI system, it is not recommended that you consume Aspirin, because it may cause further stomach upset in relation to the GI infection. However, if your bacterial infection is not related to your GI (gastrointestinal)...stomach...then Aspirin is fine to take along with the Cephalexin.
On a personal note, I was prescribed Keflex (which is Cephalexin) for an infected gland. It was painful, and I also took Aspirin (one Aspirin, 325mg). I had no problems and it did help with the pain.
Be sure to read the Aspirin bottle, however, and do not take any more than what is printed on the label.
In the future, I highly recommend asking for a print-out of food and drug interactions that your prescribed medication has, and keep it close. CVS, Walgreen's, and Osco Drug all offer this as a courtesy. All you have to do is request it.
A pharmacist said you can, but I know you can't take Naproxen with Penicillin, so I'm not really sure.
Due to the description you can. Aspirin is not a coumadin-type of anticoagulant.

I wouldn't recommend taking sudaphed and claritin together. Taking cephalexin with either would be okay.
Yes, Cephalexin and Strattera can be taken together. Cephalexin is just an antibiotic and will have no effect on the Strattera.
