You cannot take any other medication within thirty minutes of taking levothyroxine - also nothing to eat or drink in that time. Levothyroxine must be taken by itself. However, after that time is up you may take a Benadryl if you need to. Just remember it will make you sleepy.

∙ 14y agoThose are fine together. Zyrtec is an antihistamine. These generally have no effect on the thyroid or thyroid drugs. They cause drowsiness and dry mouth as their major side effects.
