i guess you can, but it won't be as effective as a new one. i have almost finished half the packet for my respiratory infection and i dodnt feel any better.

∙ 15y agoexpired augmentin is not toxic, it is less potent. it still works. i get regular sinus infections and i keep the left overs for when another comes along. it works great
