Yes. Tums is a good antacid, but otherwise is pretty inert, so it doesn't react with much. Nyquil also uses other very safe meds, most motably diphenhydramine -- an antihistimine. Unless there are other factors at play, you should be just fine. Remmember to check the manufacturer's instructions for both.
