Definitely not recommended they both have Tylenol (acetaminophen) in them. A person with a healthy liver should only have 4000mg of Tylenol in a 24 hour period. Most of these prescriptions have 500mg per pill so any more than 8 pills in a 24 hour period can be deadly. That includes taking either one of these even with over the counter Tylenol. Beware and be careful I've seen alot of accidental and intentional overdoses with these medications and it doesn't end well.
