I don't believe they do. These types of birds enjoy imitation, which is why some of them talk. Birds may know the meanings of some words the same way a dog will recognize things like their names or a command, but they wouldn't "think" in human languages; they have their own ways of communicating with each other. Keep in mind that not only will a bird imitate a human sound, they will also imitate other sounds they hear. In the wild, this could include the sounds of other animals.
