Even if bodily fluids were exchanged, unless one was using the drug themselves or exposing themselves to the drug (ie standing/sitting close enough to be breathing in the vapors), one would not test positive.

∙ 12y agoMeth is excreted in urine, so if you have sex, meth will reach your system. This low of a dose will not be detectable on any drug test that can be reasonably performed, however.

it is impossible to fail for meth unless you are using the drug. Even if a few crystals were transfered in saliva it would still not be enough to show up. So there are one of two reasons. 1.) you are using meth. 2.) you are taking cold medicine or some other psyeudoephedrine/ephedrine containing medication. There are medications that have this chemical, but it does not make you high as meth does. Ephedrine is synthesized into meth, therefore it is the substance a drug test will test for.
