All Pokemon that that have genders can be hatched from eggs. If the Pokemon in the wild it probaly would have hatched from a egg but it's not like you can find nests with eggs in them. Legendarys can't have hatched from eggs and dito is just a mystery.
It is very likely that most Pokemon come from eggs. There are some exceptions to this, mainly legendary Pokemon (although legend says that Arceus hatched from an egg and then created the universe) who have either been created from the elements (think the Regi Pokemon) or created from other Pokemon (the three legendary beasts). Manaphy proves an exception to the legendary rule as it is able to breed and produce eggs. Manaphy itself is also hatched from an egg.
It can be said that all non-legendary Pokemon come from eggs. You are able to hatch an inorganic Pokemon by breeding its parent Pokemon with a Ditto. Evolutions of Pokemon have most likely come from eggs and simply evolved over time. However, it is possible for some partially or fully evolved Pokemon to be hatched from eggs, such as Snorlax or Chansey, if the bred Pokemon are not holding the proper items (in this case, Full Incense and Luck Incense, respectively. This was to allow baby forms of Pokemon from previous generations to be hatched, with the existence of new items).
It is not the fact that a Pokemon has a gender which makes it able to be born from an egg. Latias, Latios, Cresselia and Heatran all have genders but are not born from eggs. Some or most inorganic Pokemon like Bronzor can be hatched from eggs. The most valid argument seems to be that most Pokemon are born from eggs, but not all of them. There seems to be no rule as yet for Pokemon eggs.
Genderless Pokemon such as Beldum, Voltorb and Staryu can lay eggs as long you breed them with a Pokemon called Ditto. However, not all genderless Pokemon can lay eggs. All legendaries (except for Manaphy) may not lay eggs.
No. Not all Pokemon can lay eggs. Common Pokemon can, but unowns and legendaries can't.
Yes, but not with legendary Pokemon except MANAPHY.
Yes, it is possible to trade Pokemon Eggs with other players, but they cannot be traded over Wonder Trade.
You can trade between those two games, but if you want Pokemon in the previous games, its like migrating. You can't migrate Pokemon from your Gameboy games! Plus, you have to defeat the game before you can trade over with different games.
