Yes, you can trade between Pokémon Black and Pokémon Black 2, all you need is the C-Gear in both games before you can trade however Pokémon with newer forms in Black 2 such as Keldeo, Kyurem, Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus can still be traded between Black 2 and Pokémon Black but you cannot trade them while they're in their new forms.

∙ 11y agoYes, trading between Pokémon Black and Pokémon Black 2 is something that can be done. However you need the C-Gear in Pokémon Black which will be given to you by Fennel are defeating 1 of the Striaton City Gym Leaders and you also need the C-Gear in Pokémon Black 2 which will be given to you by Bianca after you have defeated Cheren, the Gym Leader of Aspertia City. Once you have the C-Gear in both games then you can trade between them as much as you want to, there will be no restrictions based on level, items or the Pokémon that you will be trading into Black 2.
