yes. add a bank account yo your PayPal verify it. click withdraw at the top of the page from bank account put amount in you wish to withdraw then wait a couple days for it to aappear in ur paypal balance

You have to add your bank account to your paypal account. It is highly recommended that you confirm your bank account first. This insures that you have entered the correct information for transfer. For withdrawals you do not have to confirm your bank account but like I said it is recommended as paypal is not responsible for incorrect information on your part. In the United States if the information is wrong the bank may reject the money and kick it back to paypal. However in Europe if it is withdrawn to a wrong bank account number which happens to be real by banking law the bank cannot recall the money unless the beneficiary (person who received it) agrees to it.
