Testes are not commonly transplanted. Transplanted organs are usually only the organs that are absolutely vital for life, (e.g hearts, lungs, kidneys...) rather than non essentials such as arms, testes, large intestines... Also, a teste transplant would mean that the sperm was that of the donor, not the recipient.

Testicular transplants have been successfully performed. However, it is worth noting that they are not commonly performed for many reasons, which I will attempt to outline: if the recipient went on to father children post-transplant, the children would be genetically related to the donor rather than the recipient. So if a testicular transplant was only performed for the purpose of helping to conceive children, using a sperm donor would be a much (medically) safer route. Another reason testicular transplants are not commonly performed is because it is not a life-saving transplant, therefore potential complications are likely to outweigh any benefits. Typical complications would include: loss of sensation (due to inevitable nerve damage from the surgery), side-effects of immuno-suppressive regimes (to prevent the graft from rejecting), and the standard risk of graft rejection. Having anything transplanted involves risk, and requires a life-time of aftercare, which is why most transplants are normally only performed in life or death situations.

Yes - testicles have been 'harvested' from recently deceased bodies, and successfully transplanted into in fertile men - allowing them to father children.
