No. You can only use adjectives in Super Scribblenauts. Sorry!
They use Superlative adjectives more than regular adjectives because they want to compare a person or thing with another person or thing.
There are many adjectives that you could use to describe a superhero. You might use words such as strong, fast, helpful, courageous, mighty, powerful, etc.
Use a thesaurus.

No. Scribblenauts will not accept profanity, trademarked/copyrighted material (e.g. mario), verbs, adverbs or adjectives (in the original scribblenauts). However, many words will come up with the same results (e.g. demon and devil).
Easy. Just use 200 good, long adjectives. What kind? Idk. You can look that up yourself. Good luck!
Fireproof Bridge, if you're looking for a change in adjectives. Flame-Resistant Bridge works too.
Use an Ooze if you have Scribblenauts 1 (Oozes are invincible in that game), and an Invincible Ooze (just to be safe) if you have Super Scribblenauts. Hope I helped! :)
