yes
You can make wine with almost any juice that has no preservatives, I have tried, Grape Juice, apple juice and pineapple juice. For a 1 1/2 to 2 litres bottle I usually remove 1 to 1 1/2 cups of juice, add 1 to 2 cups of sugar (the more sugar the higher the alcohol content and obviously the wine is sweeter) then add an envelope of bakers yeast and shake it well until everything is mostly dissolved. Cover with a plastic wrap that has holes in it attached with a loose rubber band. Let it sit somewhere dark for about 2 weeks, then pour out the wine into a sterilised container leaving sediment behind. Rinse out sediment and return wine to the bottle, cover with plastic wrap again and wait another 1-2 weeks. If you wish you can repeat the sediment removing step, put the cap on the bottle, chill...and VOILA! cheap fruit wine!...U can drink the wine right away or let it age a room temperature for up to 3 months to improve flavor ;-)

Bread, Wine, Fruits, and Cheeses
Fruit, when fermented, can be turned into alcohol. Grapes, for instance, make wine. You can create alcoholic cider by fermenting apples, etc.
All wine is gluten free as wine is made from fruits that do not contain gluten.
Drinking old wine can make you sick if it has turned into vinegar or if harmful bacteria or mold has formed in the bottle. Proper storage of wine, including maintaining appropriate temperature and humidity levels, can help prevent wine from spoiling and becoming unsafe to drink. It is always best to check for any signs of spoilage before consuming old wine.
Wine can be made from many fruits beside grapes and many flowers, herbs, spices and even vegetables. Dandelion flowers make good wine, they should be collected in April and May, many recipes are available No. Wine is typically made from fermented grapes. A dandelion is a flower, which is not a grape, therefore wine is not made from it.
