Yes, the best chapstick is carmel (the brand) and I used to to bond my little brothers extra building blocks together. It was better than glue. Let it sit for about an hour and it's completely bonded!
Yes, you can use chapstick as glue because I was making a love note but I had no glue to glue the edges of the letter and I used my chapstick to glue it. If you let it sit for about 30 minutes-1 hour and I will glue on, just be careful because chapstick is not made from the same material as glue so if you use a chapstick to glue something, then be careful and don't rip it or it will not work anymore.
